    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs chicken wings
    1 bottle Red Hot hot sauce
    3 fresh garlic cloves
    half a stick butter or margarine
    1 tablespoon vegetable
    dry spices: garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper.
    (about a half a teaspoon of each)

    chop garlic. heat oil and butter in pan and add fresh garlic. cook til
    garlic barely changes color and add the hot sauce. heat to a boil.

    seperate wings and discard tips. sprinkle all wings with your dry spice
    combination. make sure they are covered. place wings in a covered caserole
    dish and pour hot sauce all over them.. Bake covered at 375 for 1 hour.
    remove from oven and transfer wings to the broiler on a shallow cookie
    sheet.. turn the oven up to BROIL and let them get nice and crispy on top
    but keep a close watch when broiling, they may burn. pour the sauce that
    they cooked in on top and there you have it. the best recipe for wing. you
    will love them.
