    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs
    50gms brown sugar
    75ml fresh milk
    100gms self raising flour
    1 tbsp vegetable oil

    Recipe



    To make this light fluffy 'cake', beat eggs in a bowl until light.
    Stir in milk and sugar.
    Fold and sift flour in.Mix well.
    Grease cake tin (20cm diameter) and pour in batter.
    Steam vigorously for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Remove cake from tin once cooled down.
    Cut into triangles or squares.
    Ready to serve.
