    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1 Med. Onion, chopped
    1 can (16 oz) tomatoes
    ¾ c. uncooked rice
    ¼ c. Soy Sauce
    1 T. Chili Powder
    ¼ t. Garlic Salt

    Brown the meat with onions over medium heat. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes stirring occasionally. 4 Servings.
