    Three Bean Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 can each :
    Green beans
    Yellow beans (wax)
    Kidney beans (I use dark red)
    ½ c. sliced onions (Red Onion for Salads)
    ½ c. sliced green pepper

    Mix together for dressing:
    ½ c. vinegar
    ½ c. oil
    ½ c. sugar
    1 t. salt
    ½ t. dry mustard
    2 T. parsley flakes

    Pour over beans. Refrigerate. Best if prepared night before.
