1/4 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
1/2 TSP SALT
1/8 TSP HOT PEPPER SAUCE
2-16 OZ CANS BLACK BEANS
2 CANS MEXICAN STYLE CORN
1 LRG RIPE TOMATOE
2 AVACADOES
1/2 CUP RED ONION, DICED
2 SMALL CLOVES GARLIC
1-2 TBS CILANTRORecipe
MARINATE BEANS, CORN AND ONIONS FOR 3 HOURS.
ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.
SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE TACO CHIPS.
