2 CUPS GRATED ROMANO CHEESE

SAUTE FRESH GARLIC (2 OR MORE) IN OLIVE OIL
ADD 1 SHOT VODKA
QUICKLY ADD CRUSHED TOMATOES.
ADD BASIL, OREGANO, CRUSHED RED PEPPERS AND ROMANO CHEESE
BRING TO HIGH SIMMER (DO NOT BOIL)
