Baked Grits

List of Ingredients
1 Qt milk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup grits
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup grated gruyere cheese (can substitute swiss cheese)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
Bring milk to a boil; add 1/2 cup butter. Stir in grits. Stir and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add salt; mix with electric beater 5 minutes (this is very important). Pour into flat greased casserole and let set. Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over top. Sprinkle with all cheeses mixed. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
