List of Ingredients
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 c superfine sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 sheets puff pastry
Topping:
1 Tbs butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbs superfine sugar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Stir in lemon and vanilla and mix well.
Grease a 8"x8" baking pan or line with parchment paper. Place 1 sheet of puff pastry in the pan, add in cream cheese mixture. Use a spatula to spread out if necessary.
Drape a sheet of puff pastry over the cream cheese mixture and cover it gently. Drizzle melted butter over the puff pastry.
In a small bowl, mix together sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the puff pastry.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the surface is browned. Cool completely before cutting into serving size.
