Ham and Swiss Quiche

1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
3 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (I used bread flour and it came out fine)
1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided use
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1/4 cup (about 2) green onions (I pulsed mine in the food processor)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs and flour in large bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese, ham, sliced green onions, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into pie shell; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 to 7 minutes before serving.
