Mustard Ham Muffins

1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/8 tsp cloves
1 1/4 cups diced smoke ham
2 eggs, room temperature
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tbs dijon mustard
Recipe
Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Stir in ham. In another bowl, beat together eggs with buttermilk, oil and dijon mustard. Pour mixture into a well in the center of the dry ingredients, mixing quickly. Spoon into muffins cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375F for 20 - 25 minutes or until browned.
