    6 Slices Lite Bread

    4 Egg Whites

    1/4 Cup Low Fat Milk

    Pam Spray

    1 Teaspoon Vanilla

    4 Shakes Ground Cinnamon

    2 Teaspoons Vegtable Oil

    2 Teaspoons Lite Mable Syrup

    Spinkle of Powdered Sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.


    Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray.


    Stack bread slices (2-3 at a time), and cut into 3 long strips.

    In a sm. bowl combine egg whites, milk, maple syrup, oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat well until light and fluffy.


    Dip cut strips of bread, 1 piece at a time, in the egg mixture so front and back sides are covered by the liquid.


    Arrange coated bread strips on baking sheet about 1/2" apart.


    Bake 6 minutes then turn over. Bake 6 more minutes. Remove from baking sheet and serve immediately.

    Sprinkle with powered sugar.
