    Gooey Coconut Cake

    1 yellow cake mix
    1 stick of butter, melted
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1 box powered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    chopped pecans
    7 oz coconut

    Recipe



    Mix the cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter (will be gooey.
    Pat into 9x13 inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle with half of the coconut and chopped pecans
    Mix the cream cheese, sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla.
    Pour over first mixture. Sprinkle the remaining pecans and coconut over top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
