    • 1 1/2 lb ground chuck
    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    • 1/2-1 cup chopped celery
    • 2 cans tomato soup
    • 1 box Kraft Mac n Cheese
    • 2 cups shredded sharp cheese


    Instructions


    1. Brown grond chuck with onion, green pepper and celery.
    2. Add salt and pepper. Drain off fat.
    3. Add cheese packet from Mac n Cheese, both cans of tomato soup and approximately 1 1/2 cans of water.
    4. Cook slowly on stovetop for 45 minutes. After about 30 minutes, add the uncooked macaroni and shredded cheese. Cook for 15 minutes and remove from heat.
    5. If serving immediately, place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. If freezing, place in freezer containers and bake when ready to use. The macaroni cooks during the baking without getting overdone.
