    4 CHICKEN BREAST (BOILED FOR @40-45MIN) THEN CHOP & DICE
    1 JAR OF 16oz SALSA (I USE PACE MEDIUM SALSA)
    2 CANS OF GREAT NORTHERN BEANS (15.8 OZ CAN SIZE)
    1 1/2 TSP CUMIN
    1 1/2 TSP CORRIANDER
    1/4 C CHILI POWDER
    16 OZ OF SHREADED MONTREY JACK CHEESE
    1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
    1 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC

    AFTER CHICKEN HAS BEEN BOILED AND CHOPPED COMBINE ALL
    INGREDIENTS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CHEESE IN A CROCK
    POT. COOK AT HIGH SETTING FOR 1.5 HOURS ADD THE 1ST 8oz BAG OF CHEESE AND STIR IN WELL AND CONTINUE TO COOK ON HIGH FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. ADD ½ OF THE 2ND BAG OF 8oz CHEESE AND CONTIUNE TO COOK ON HIGH FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. ADD THE OTHER ½ OF THE 2ND BAG OF CHEESE AND COOK ON HIGH FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES AND CONTINUE TO STIR IN THE CHEESE WELL. REDUCE THE COOK SETTING TO LOW AND LET SIMMER FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS. ENJOY!!!

    NOTE: THIS GOES VERY WELL WITH A NICE COLD BEER!!!
