1 (12 oz) package Nilla wafers
3/4 cup butter (melted)
1 (10 oz) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup pecan pieces, chopped
1 (12 1/4 oz) jar caramel topping
Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place vanilla wafers in large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; crush into fine crumbs with rolling pin.
Stir together vanilla wafers and butter; press into bottom of a greased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with morsels and pecans. Drizzle with caramel topping.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Chill 30 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
Yields: about 4 dozen
