1 16 oz jar chocolate sauce
3/4 cup peanut butter
19 ice cream sandwiches
1 12 oz container whipped frozen topping, thawed
1 cup salted peanuts
Recipe
Pour syrup into microwave container and microwave 2 minutes on high. do not allow syrup to boil.Stir peanut butter into syrup until smooth. cool to room temperature.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with 9 1/2 ice cream bars. Spread half the whipped topping over the sandwiches. top with half of the syrup and half of the peanuts. Repeat layers. Freeze until firm. Cut into squares. Serves 18.
Substitute: carmel for peanut butter and pecans for peanuts.
