    12 chocolate sandwich cookies
    2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs

    Separate cookies into halves with the filling on one side.
    Line muffin pans with foil bake cups. Place filling covered half of cookies in the bottom of the cup with the filling side up.
    In medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla till smooth and fluffy. Beat in eggs just until well mixed. Spoon cream cheese mixture into bake cups.
    Crush other half of cookies and sprinkle over the top of the cream cheese. Bake uncovered, in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes or till set. Cool.
    Cover and chill.

    Yield 12 individual cakes.
