Cucumber Spinach Dip with Herbs

1 (10-ounce) box frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 medium scallions, white parts only, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1/2 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced finely
1/2 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
Recipe
Thaw spinach completely. Squeeze out excess water. In a food processor, blend the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, dill, garlic, pepper sauce, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and stir in bell pepper and cucumber.
