Apple Ginger Salmon

1/4 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup garlic rice vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1/8 teaspoons black pepper
2 salmon fillets
2 scallions, choppedRecipe
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Place salmon in a baking dish.
Mix all remaining ingredients together and cover salmon with marinade.
Bake for 15 minutes.
