Baked Salmon with Pecan Coating

List of Ingredients
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 4 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finally chopped pecans
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 4 (4-6 oz.) salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl; set aside.
- Mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in a small bowl; set aside.
- Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Place on lightly greased baking sheet or broiling pan.
- Brush each fillet with mustard honey mixture. Pat top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture.
- Bake at 450 degree for 10 minutes per inch thickness or until salmon just flakes when tested with a folk.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
