    4 (4 - 6 ounce) salmon fillets

    1/8 teaspoon salt

    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

    2 tablespoons butter, melted

    1 1/2 tablespoons honey

    1/4 cup plain fresh breadcrumbs

    1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

    2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

    sprig of fresh parsley, for garnish

    slice of lemons, for garnish

    Recipe



    Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place fillets, skin side down, in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine mustard, butter, and honey. Brush mixture on the fillets. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, and chopped parsley; spoon mixture evenly on top of each fillet. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish.
