    Chili-Rubbed Tilapia

    2 Tbs chili powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 (5 oz) tilapia fillets
    1 tbs plus 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

    Recipe



    On a plate, combine chili powder, garlic powder,and 1/4 tsp salt. Dredge fillets in mixture to coat.
    Heat 1 tbs olive oil in large non-stick skillet on medium.
    Add talapia and cook 5-7 minutes, gently turning halfway or until just opaque. Divide among 4 plates and cover to keep warm. Immediately add lemon juice to pan with remaining salt and oil and cook a minute and pour over fish and serve.
