    1 lrg.sweet white onion thinly sliced,
    1c.vegetable broth,
    1c.tomatoe juice,
    1/2c.ketchup,
    1/4c.honey,
    1Tbls.worchestershire,
    1/2teas.minced garlic,
    1/2teas.chili powder,
    salt,pepper,
    4 salmon steaks,
    oil.

    Recipe



    Combine onion,broth in saucepan,bring to boil.Add tom.juice,ketchup,honey,worchestershire,garlic,chili pow.,salt,pepper,stir.Low heat simmer 1 hr.Remove from heat,puree,set aside.
    Put salmon steaks on oiled grill.Cook indirect heat. basting with sauce till fish flakes when tested with fork.
