    16 ounces shredded hash browns, thawed and refrigerated
    - 16 ounces ham
    - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    - 6 eggs
    - 3/4 cup half & half
    - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    - 1 tablespoon flour
    - 1/2 cup sweet onion, diced
    - 1 red pepper, chopped
    - 4 ounces diced green chile peppers

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9" square baking dish with a non-stick spray.
    Spread hash browns evenly in baking dish.
    Layer ham and shredded cheese over hash browns and set aside.
    In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended.
    Pour over hash browns in baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes, uncovered.
    Cut into squares and serve warm.
