    Recipe called for Miracle Whip but I changed to mayonaise

    List of Ingredients




    4 c. peeled, cubed hot potatoes
    1/2 lb velveeta
    2 tbsp. margerine
    3/4 c. mayonaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    5 slices bacon, fryed until crisp
    1/4 c. green onions sliced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    14 tsp. paprika

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, 1/4 lb velveeta and margerine in saucepan. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.

    Add mayo, sour cream, 2 tbsp. bacon, 2 tbsp. onion and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

    Top with remaining cheese, bacon and onion. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake 20-25 min.
