    2 pkgs frozen hash browns, southern style
    1/3 - 1/2 lb Velveta cheese
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 cup half and half
    1 cup shredded cheddar

    Recipe



    Put potatoes in greased 9X12 baking dish.. Melt velveta, margarine and half and half. Pour over potatoes. Make several hours before baking or overnight. Put cheddar on top and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
