List of Ingredients



• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• 1/3 cup milk
  
• 1/2 cup butter
  
• Topping:
  
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
  
• 1/2 cup flour
  
• 1/3 cup butter
  
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  






Instructions



1. Beat eggs, vanilla and milk together and combine with sweet potatoes and sugar.
   
2. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spoon into greased 2 qt casserole.
   
3. Combine brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans. Sprinkle over potatoes
   
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
