Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated and baked when ready to serve.
List of Ingredients
1 pkg dried beef, sliced
5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
5-6 bacon slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 brick cracker barrel sharp cheddar cheese grated
Recipe
Line bottom of baking dish with dried beef.
Wrap chicken breasts with bacon slices and place on beef. Salt and pepper lightly.
Combine soup, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Pour over chicken breasts.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour covered.
