Spinach Quiche

1 9 in pastry shell
4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 chopped onion, sauted
dash garlic powder
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg (8 oz) swiss cheese, slices
2 tbs all purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
Recipe
Liberally prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack. Fry bacon, when crisp remove and add onions to grease and saute. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Cut cheese into 1/2 in slices; toss with flour; set aside. Combine eggs, bacon, onions, cream, salt and pepper and garlic powder. Stir in spinach and cheese. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
