    Meatballs
    1/2 lb ground beef
    1 egg
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 onion finely chopped
    6 Tbs Romano Cheese
    6 Tbs unseasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp minced garlic

    2 Chicken breast halves
    6 cups water
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1/3 medium onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbs chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp garlic
    1/2 tsp dried parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 box Acini De Pepe pasta
    1/2 pkg frozen chopped spinach

    Meatballs

    Mix all ingredients and form into tiny meatballs the size of marballs. Bake on cookie sheet until cooked. Drain grease.

    Place chicken breasts in large pan and cover with water. Simmer until tender. Remove chicken and shren into small pieces. Return chicken to pan, add carrrots, celery, onion, chicken bouillon, garlic, parsley, bay leaf and salt and pepper. Simmer about 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

    Add meatballs, pasta and spinach and cook until pasta is al dente.

    Serves 12
