spinach must be very dry or dish will not be creamy

List of Ingredients

2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and well drained.
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 slice bacon, cooked, and crumbled
1/3 cup grated Parmasan cheese



Recipe

1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Spoon into lightly gresed 1 qt casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6
