    List of Ingredients




    o 1 (1 lb) pkg frozen Early June peas
    o 3 slices bacon, cup up
    o 1/4 c shopped onion
    o 1 tsp flour
    o 1/4 cup cider vinegar
    o 2 tbs sugar

    Recipe



    Cook peas as directed; drain. Place in serving bowl.
    Cook bacon and onion in skillet until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon and onion from skillet; set-aside.
    Stir flour into drippings. Add vinegar and sugar, cook until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over peas, top with bacon and onion.
    Serves 5
