Mock 7-Layer Taco Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Beef Bouillon Granules (no sodium)
- 1/2 package El Paso Taco Seasoning
- 1 Avocado, Ripe
- 3 large Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Onion, diced
- 3/4 cup Black Olives, chopped
Instructions
- Set out cream cheese to bring to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the water, tomato sauce, pepper, bouillion granules, and taco seasoning, stirring occasionally until seasonings are dissolved. Remove pan from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Mash avocado in large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, blending with mixer until smooth.
- Add the cooled tomato sauce mixture and blend thoroughly.
- Stir in the onions and black olives, mixing until incorporated.
- Chill thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips.
