Smoked Salmon Ramekins

These make a great appetizer, and it will keep your guests coming back for more.
List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cool chicken broth
- 9 oven ready lasagne noodles
- 6 oz. smoked salmon chunks, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F. Using an electric mixer, beat the cheese until creamy. Slowly add broth, beating well until smooth.
- Lightly grease 6-3"x5" oven proof dishes. Crack the lasagne noodles in halves or pieces.
- Put 1 Tbsp. sauce in bottom of each dish, top each with noodles, 1 Tbsp. salmon, 2 Tbsp. of sauce...noodles, sauce then cheese.
- Cover each tightly with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake another 10 minutes*.
- *If baked in a 9" square dish, add 10 minutes.
