Tortilla Roll-Ups

These are a family favorite, and I love making them. They're also great for lunches and snacks.
List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
- 1/2 envelope dry ranch style salad dressing mix
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 4 oz. canned green chiles, drained and patted dry
- 8 plain flour tortillas
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and salad dressing in medium bowl until smooth.
- Stir in next 4 ingredients.
- Spread 1/4 cup creamy mixture on each tortilla right to edge. Roll up snugly. Chill for at least 2 hours. Trim ends. Cut each roll into 8 slices for a total of 64.
