Milano Shrimp Fettucine

This creamy tomato sauce is incredible-you don't even need the shrimp.
List of Ingredients
- 4 oz. spinach or egg fettucine
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain.
- Saute shrimp in garlic and oil until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes. Blend in cream and green onions; heat through. DO NOT BOIL. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
