    Milano Shrimp Fettucine

    This creamy tomato sauce is incredible-you don't even need the shrimp.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 oz. spinach or egg fettucine
    • 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic
    • 1/2 cup whipping cream
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onions


    Instructions


    1. Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain.
    2. Saute shrimp in garlic and oil until shrimp are pink.
    3. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes. Blend in cream and green onions; heat through. DO NOT BOIL. Serve over hot cooked pasta.


    Final Comments


    Yield: 3-4 servings
