This is a family favorite, and is always tasty.
List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3/4 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- pinch each oregano and basil
- 1/4 tsp. all-spice
- 1-7 oz. can flaked tuna, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms, celery, and onions. Add the oregano, basil and all spice.
- Combine tuna, soup, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Add mushroom mixture, and combine thoroughly.
- Spread mixture on pizza shells. Sprinkle with either shredded cheddar or mozzarella, and top with pineapple, if desired.
- Bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes.

Yield: Varies from 4 to 8 servings, depending on size of pizza shells.
