Buttermilk-Bacon Salad Dressing

List of Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 8 oz. low-fat sour cream (or regular)
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions
- In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel and crumble.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bacon, buttermilk and sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Final Comments
Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
