This is great on falafels, as a vegetable dip, or served with oven baked pita breads.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup thick plain yogurt
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 1 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
- 1 tsp. each olive oil and lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving or more to allow flavours to blend.
Final Comments
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
