List of Ingredients
- 3 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
- 2 cups medium salsa
- 1 lb. hickory smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. stone-ground mustard
- 2 Tbsp. light molasses
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in 3-qt. saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beans come to a full boil (8-12 minutes). Reduce heat to low; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until flavors are blended (40 to 45 minutes).
