- 4 bonless -skinless chicken breast
- 15oz can chunky Italian tomato sauce
- 4.5 oz sliced mushrooms drained
- 8oz package fettuccine cooked
- parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet,Brown chicken until golden on both sides - about 10 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and mushrooms cover, stir occasionally until chicken is no longer pink approx. another 8 minutes.
Final Comments
Serve over fettuccini makes 4 servings
