    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup margarine
    • 1/3cup flour
    • 1/3 cup onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 2 cup chopped chicken
    • 10oz pkg frozen peas and carrots
    • 2unbaked pie shells (one for the top)


    Instructions


    1. Heat margarine over low heat, blend in flour,onion and salt & pepper cook over low heat stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat stir in broth and milk heat until boiling, stir for a minute and add in the chicken and the peas and carrots pour into pie shell add top pie shell and cut slits in the top and bake at 350 for 1 hour
