List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1/3cup flour
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cup chopped chicken
- 10oz pkg frozen peas and carrots
- 2unbaked pie shells (one for the top)
Instructions
- Heat margarine over low heat, blend in flour,onion and salt & pepper cook over low heat stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat stir in broth and milk heat until boiling, stir for a minute and add in the chicken and the peas and carrots pour into pie shell add top pie shell and cut slits in the top and bake at 350 for 1 hour
