    Russian Teacakes

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 and 1/4 cups flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 cups finely chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)
    Extra powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients thoroughly. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Bake @ 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Roll cookies in powdered sugar while still hot. I roll them twice. It makes them better.
