    Spaghetti and Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter
    4 cups (1/2 pound) sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup flour
    1 and 3/4 cups chicken broth (14 oz. can)
    1 and 1/2 cup milk
    1/2 pkg. uncooked thin spaghetti
    2 cups cubed chicken
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    In 3 quart saucepan, melt butter and saute mushrooms. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti. Drain. Add parmesan cheese to sauce. Heat to serving temperature. Do not boil.
    Serve sauce over spaghetti. 6 to 8 Servings.
