    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. Ground Beef
    • 1 can Enchilada Sauce
    • 1 jar Taco or Picante Sauce
    • 1 pkg. Corn Tortillas (not flour), torn into large pieces
    • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1 can Chicken w/Rice Soup
    • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (we like a lot)
    • 1 Onion, diced


    Instructions


    1. Brown & drain ground beef & onion together.
    2. Add soups & enchilada sauce. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
    3. Layer in 9x13 pan, meat mixture, then cheese, taco/picante sauce & cover with some tortilla pieces.
    4. Continue layering like this until all ingredients are gone. The last 2 layers should be meat, topped with cheese.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
