Enchilada Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce
- 1 jar Taco or Picante Sauce
- 1 pkg. Corn Tortillas (not flour), torn into large pieces
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Chicken w/Rice Soup
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (we like a lot)
- 1 Onion, diced
Instructions
- Brown & drain ground beef & onion together.
- Add soups & enchilada sauce. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Layer in 9x13 pan, meat mixture, then cheese, taco/picante sauce & cover with some tortilla pieces.
- Continue layering like this until all ingredients are gone. The last 2 layers should be meat, topped with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
