    Carrot cream soup

    This is as simple as it gets, but very tasty.


    List of Ingredients


    • 700 cc carrot juice
    • juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
    • 2 tblspoons cornstarch
    • cinnamon or ginger to taste
    • sugar, yogurt.


    Instructions


    1. Mix the three juices in a stainless or enameled pot and heat with
      cornstarch until it thickens.
    2. Add a pinch of sugar and serve, either hot or
      cold, with a dollop of yogurt in the middle.
