Carrot cream soup
This is as simple as it gets, but very tasty.
List of Ingredients
- 700 cc carrot juice
- juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
- 2 tblspoons cornstarch
- cinnamon or ginger to taste
- sugar, yogurt.
Instructions
- Mix the three juices in a stainless or enameled pot and heat with
cornstarch until it thickens.
- Add a pinch of sugar and serve, either hot or
cold, with a dollop of yogurt in the middle.
