    Here is a very simple way to make an Apple Pie!! Plus, it is twice as large.

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    3 1/4 Cups Flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    2 Eggs, separated
    1 1/2 Cups Margarine
    1 Cup Milk

    Filling:
    6 Cups Apples, sliced
    3/4 Cups Sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon

    Recipe



    Prepare filling by mixing sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Cut flour, sugar, salt and margarine together. Beat egg yolk and milk together and add to crumbs. Mix until dough forms a ball, you may need to add more flour. Roll 1/2 - 2/3 of dough out to fit a large greased (14"x17") cookie sheet or bar pan. Spread filling evenly over crust. Roll out remaining dough and cover filling, making sure to seal edges. Prick crust with fork. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until crust is light brown.
