    This is a really easy to make pudding cake. Best served with cream or ice cream, but still great alone!!

    List of Ingredients




    Base:
    1 Cup Flour
    3/4 Cups Sugar
    2 Tbsp Cocoa
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/2 Cup Milk
    2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla

    Pudding:
    4 Tbsp Cocoa
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 3/4 Cups Hot Water

    Recipe



    Base:

    In bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Spread into ungreased 9"x9" pan.

    Pudding:

    Combine cocoa and brown sugar. Sprinkle over base. Pour water over top and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
