Rhubarb is a summer favorite here. Try this simple recipie out.
List of Ingredients
Filling:
4 Cups Rhubarb
1 to 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Topping:
2/3 Cups Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Flour
2/3 Cups Brown Sugar, packedRecipe
Mix sugar and cinnamon with rhubarb. Pour into 8"x8" pan. Let sit.
Mix topping until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
