    Mardi Gras Cheese Ball

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
    • 6 oz. ham, thin sliced and chopped
    • 3 green onions, finely chopped
    • 6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    • Optional: Dried parsley or chopped nuts to cover ball


    Instructions


    1. Tear a sheet of plastic wrap and place flat. You'll use this to wrap the cheese ball, and it's easier to do it first.

    2. Place cream cheese in medium bowl. Add ham, onions and cheese. Mix with hands.

    3. Shape into ball. Roll (if desired) in dried parsley or chopped nuts.

    4. Place cheese ball on plastic wrap. Wrap well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    5. Serve with crackers.
