Mardi Gras Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz. ham, thin sliced and chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- Optional: Dried parsley or chopped nuts to cover ball
Instructions
- Tear a sheet of plastic wrap and place flat. You'll use this to wrap the cheese ball, and it's easier to do it first.
- Place cream cheese in medium bowl. Add ham, onions and cheese. Mix with hands.
- Shape into ball. Roll (if desired) in dried parsley or chopped nuts.
- Place cheese ball on plastic wrap. Wrap well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers.
